If you are located within the Stone Bank Fire Department response area in the Town of Oconomowoc, you can use this online form to request a burning permit.  If you are located in the Town of Merton, please use the Town of Merton Burning Permit Request Form.

You must abide by all outdoor burning regulations and must apply for a new permit once the current permit has expired.

Once approved, you will receive your burning permit via e-mail.  During the week, most permit requests are reviewed within 24 hours.  If you submitted your request on a weekend or holiday, it will be reviewed on the next business day.
